winter show 2009 update
TIME & LOCATION; Dec 19, 2009 1:00 pm
DIRECTIONS TO NAMPA CIVIC CENTER; Take exit 35 off of I-84 and drive south about 1.5 miles to 3rd St south. Turn left. Drive one block. The civic center will be on your right.
DRESS REHEARSAL times are posted on the bulletin board and your child's teacher will let you know what time to have your child there and what to bring.
LUNCH BREAK for all dancers is from whenever they are finished rehearsing til 12:15pm, unless they are only in the second half. Those in the second half only should be there by 12:45pm so that we know all students are there and accounted for.
COSTUME arrangements have been made with the individual teachers. Please don't forget your tights, shoes and anything else you were asked to bring.
FLOWERS will range in price from $3.50 to no more than $5.00. I"m waiting for more information from the florist.
TICKETS will be on sale at the studio the week of the recital (Dec 14-17). They will only be on sale on Monday from 6-8pm, Tues 5:30-8pm, Wed 6-8:30pm and Thursday from 5:30-8:30pm in the office. PLEASE DON'T ASK TEACHERS FOR TICKETS. THEY DON'T HAVE THEM! I DON'T WANT TO TAKE AWAY FROM CLASS TIME. You can only buy them from me or my representative in the office. Thank you. Tickets will also be on sale at the Nampa Civic Center before the show.
GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL PICTURES: Order envelopes have arrived from West Image Photography. Please follow the directions on the envelopes. They want one envelope per dance, but you can pay with one check. Please make checks out to Image West Photography. Please have them returned to the studio by Dec 17. Please put them in the tuition box or turn them in when you buy tickets. He will accept them at the recital, but would prefer to have them beforehand.
DVDS of the show will be available for $15.00. Please order them when you buy your tickets, either at the studio or at the Nampa Civic Center. You must prepay to receive them.
CHRISTMAS BREAK will be from December 20 through January 3. Classes start again on January 4, 2010.
TUITION must be paid in full by December 17 unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact me at the studio (887-4908) to make these arrangements.
